Seraphina Pilates is about the work of Joseph Pilates, his heritage, his ambition, his forward thinking...quite simply we want to spread the Pilates word to as many people as possible...whether its classes running in North West London, Kensal Green and Kentish town, Private tuition, (we cover Central,West and North west London) or as part of our Pilates Holidays and Pilates weekends in Cyprus, Europe and further afield we simply want to bring Pilates into daily Life.
